AI Opportunity Audit · Dublin
A fixed-price check-up for Irish businesses: we find your leaks (missed calls, slow quotes, a name AI search never mentions), put a euro figure on each, and price one fix for each. No day rates.
Free check first · audit €600, credited against the fix 5 days to your report Dublin, Ireland
Sound familiar?
Four ordinary leaks we find in almost every Irish business. The fifth is new; it has its own section below.
Evenings, weekends, mid-job. The phone rings out, the customer calls the next name on Google. You never even know it happened.
The job's half-won when the enquiry lands. Then the quote takes three days of evenings, and the fast competitor wins it.
Bookings copied into the diary, jobs into the spreadsheet, invoices into the accounts package. Hours of skilled time on unskilled work.
They filled in your form on Tuesday. It's Friday. In their head, you've already said no, so they've said yes to someone else.
The fifth leak · new in 2026
People ask ChatGPT and Google's AI who to hire, and the AI answers with a short list of names. We check whether you're on it, then fix your site so an AI can read it and quote you correctly.
How it works
You'll know exactly what everything costs before you commit to anything.
Five quick questions by email, answered within one working day (or on a 20-minute call, if you'd rather talk). If there's nothing worth finding, we say so and stop there: no report, no invoice.
FreeWe measure your week (real call logs, real hours) and rank every leak by what it costs. Report in 5 working days.
€600 fixedOne recommended fix per leak, each at its own fixed price. Usually something we've already built and run: an AI receptionist, a faster website, the AI-search fix, a small automation. Bigger jobs run from €1,500, also fixed.
from €499 per fixWe keep the systems answering, watch the numbers, and fix the next leak each quarter. Capped at 4 businesses so response times stay honest.
€450/monthBefore anything is built, we agree the target together: hours saved, calls answered, quotes out same-day. Afterwards you see the before and the after.
What you walk away with
The AI Opportunity Map is the audit's report: short, written in plain English, not a slide deck. It's yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.
Built here. Running now.
The audit is the newest thing we do. The systems it recommends are what we've been building and running for years.
An AI phone receptionist that answers when the team is under a car and takes the booking instead of losing the call.
voicemail → answered, 24/7
Emergency-response site rebuilt for speed, because a panicking pet owner won't wait for a slow page.
Google speed score on phones: 56 → 84

The deal, in writing
If the audit can't identify at least its own price in recoverable time or money, you don't pay for it. The free first check exists to spot that before you spend a cent.
The full €600 comes off the price of any recommended fix. You only ever really pay for the audit if you take the report and walk away, which you're welcome to do.
A good fit?
Who you're dealing with
webs.ie is a one-person Dublin studio: Sebastian Czajkowski, a technical founder who has shipped 40+ sites and runs these same AI systems in his own businesses every day. No juniors learning on your invoice.
Fair questions
No. The audit is about your workflows: where hours and enquiries leak, and what that costs you. If the best fix is a cheap tool you can set up yourself, the report says exactly that, and you've spent €600 to avoid spending thousands.
Partly, and the overlap is real. Google's AI answers cost websites clicks: Pew Research Center checked 68,879 US searches (March 2025) and found people clicked a website 8% of the time when an AI summary appeared, against 15% without one. The new work is different: making sure an AI quotes you correctly, and that an AI assistant can get through your booking form. Rankings still matter, but they're no longer the whole game.
If your business runs on enquiries, quotes or bookings, yes: that's where the leaks live. We've built AI systems for a Dublin garage, an emergency pet-recovery service and an independent media archive.
Nothing leaves your business without your sign-off. We work under a simple confidentiality agreement and never train public AI models on your data. GDPR binds us the same way it binds you.
Then you don't pay: that's the guarantee, in writing. The free first check exists to catch this early, before either of us spends a week.
No. Every fix is either run by us or handed over working, with a walkthrough in plain English. You deal directly with the person who built it.
Possibly. Irish small businesses can get digital supports through their Local Enterprise Office, for example the Grow Digital and Trading Online Voucher schemes. Ask on the call and we'll check if you qualify.
